Preparation
- In a bowl we mix the drier ingredients: flour, sugar and baking powder.
- We melt the butter. To do this, we can put it in a small glass for about 5-10 secs in the microwave.
- In another bowl, mix the egg with the milk and butter, mix it perfectly.
- Pour the liquid bowl over the other little by little and mix it, make sure it has no lumps.
- Take a small non-stick frying pan, and heat it medium-high heat. You can use a kitchen paper to make a very thin layer of oliv oil before frying the pancakes.
- Wait for the bubbles that are created to rise to the surface and, when they do, turn it over and cook it for a few more seconds.
- Reserve them, cover them with a cotton tablecloth on top and prepare the rest.
