Baking Pancakes

Preparation

  1. In a bowl we mix the drier ingredients: flour, sugar and baking powder.
  2. We melt the butter. To do this, we can put it in a small glass for about 5-10 secs in the microwave.
  3. In another bowl, mix the egg with the milk and butter, mix it perfectly.
  4. Pour the liquid bowl over the other little by little and mix it, make sure it has no lumps.
  5. Take a small non-stick frying pan, and heat it medium-high heat. You can use a kitchen paper to make a very thin layer of oliv oil before frying the pancakes.
  6. Wait for the bubbles that are created to rise to the surface and, when they do, turn it over and cook it for a few more seconds.
  7. Reserve them, cover them with a cotton tablecloth on top and prepare the rest.
